Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It organises standard store terms from your answers. Have a lawyer check them, especially if you sell regulated goods.
Where do I paste it?
On Shopify, open Settings, then Policies, then Terms of service. On WooCommerce, publish it as a page and link it from the footer and checkout.
Do terms replace a returns policy?
No. Keep returns, shipping and privacy as separate pages and link them from your terms.
